Ahmad Sanusi Ibrahim, atau yang dekat dipanggil Guru Jaro, menyebutkan Agustiar sebagai pimpinan dengan panutan style kepimpinan Nabi Muhammad SAW.<\/p>\n<p>Guru Jaro memandang, ketulusan Agustiar dalam layani masyarakat menjadikan figur pimpinan yang inklusif, tanpa membeda-bedakan suku, agama, atau kelompok. Sikap ini menggambarkan panutan Nabi Muhammad SAW yang menaungi umat dengan penuh kasih dan keadilan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Pelayan Rasulullah, pelayan warga Kalimantan tengah. Insya Allah beliau (Agustiar) menjadi pelayan yang bagus, ke semua umat, seluruh agama,&#8221; tutur Guru Jaro yang Pengasuh Majelis Taklim Darul Magfirah di Tabligh Besar Karunia Huma Betang di Lapangan Menurung, Kabupaten Kapuas, Sabtu (26\/10\/2024) malam.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut Guru Jaro, keteladanan Agustiar yang junjung tinggi konsep kepimpinan Nabi Muhammad SAW ialah cara positif yang diperlukan di Bumi Tambun Bungai. Agustiar dipandang sanggup pimpin dengan kasih-sayang dan keadilan yang rata untuk semua kelompok.<\/p>\n<p>Ketegasan hati Agustiar untuk menaungi warga tanpa pandang bulu menggambarkan kepimpinan yang berdasarkan tuntunan Islam sebagai agama Rahmatan Lil&#8217;alamin.
